The hotel had a fantastic location, just a minute walk from the bustling streets but still in a quiet corner. The staff were very efficient and the bar man, Marco, gave us a warm welcome each evening. The entertainment provided by Erico, a wonderful pianist and singer, was fabulous. We also enjoyed a private walking tour of a famous square, highly recommended and allowed us to skip the long queues. The tour guide had extensive knowledge of the history, architecture, and art.

There was some confusion with the room we had booked. The layout was different and the storage space was inadequate.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated down a street off the Main Street, making it extremely close to all the major attractions of the city. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great service experience. Additionally, the breakfast room waiter is outstanding, with his warm smile and positive attitude making every guest happy.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and had lunch sitting in the courtyard one day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the bar Manager. The location is amazing, only a couple of minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge and a short walk to St Mark's square. The rooms are very large and very quiet for Venice standards. Free internet that actually worked and was fast. There is a dock right at the hotel if you come in on a private water taxi.
